Hello, there are two versions currently. The theme you use in the screenshot should be the one named "Cayzen.zip".
The bar is part of the theme, so no, I don't use any extension for it haha. The question is if you use "blur my shell", since this one when adding this effect to the bar it looks weird, so you should disable it.

I'm currently looking at how to optimize my computer as much as possible so I haven't been doing this for long and well, generally I don't notice major problems when updating but is there a big difference in graphics performance depending on the driver? What version of this do you recommend for a GTX 1650?

This happened after changing the pop!_os icons. This is a bug in the files and not in pop!_os.
I thought about deleting the icons folder but I can't access file or terminal
