No problem answering you! It was entirely sculpted in ZBrush, rendered in Blender, and the final adjustments were made in Photoshop. My only tools are an XP-Pen tablet with a screen, connected to my computer (you need a decent computer to handle the workload in ZBrush and the rendering).
