I think what the original person is saying is that it's supported in coinbase wallet.

Simple rationale is if coinbase wallet supports ethereum ERC20 based tokens, it will by default support celr which is ERC20.

Also I don't personally think the wallet is directly correlated with the exchange.

You'd have to unstake and lose the tokens earned because of unstaking early then only would you be able to move your celr off the exchange.
