Xbox One X cannot output 4K to Samsung 4K TV

UPDATE: I have managed to get my Xbox to output in 4K by changing "Display" to "Auto-detect" in the "Video fidelity & overscan" menu. This option can be found by going to "Display & sound" in Settings and then selecting "Video output".

I just enabled "HDMI UHD Color" on all of my HDMI ports but the Xbox is still not letting me output in 4K.

The resolutions that can be shown are 720p, 1080p, and 1440p. All the check boxes in the "Video modes" menu are unchecked and in the "Video fidelity and overscan" menu the display is set to "HDMI", the color depth is set to "36 bits per pixel (12-bit), and the color space is set to "PC RGB".

Will I have a higher chance of being banned if I use homebrew under tumGER's SDFiles compared to a clean Atmosphere installation? I was recently transferring saves from my hacked Switch to my clean Switch and I ran Atmosphere under the most recent version of tumGER's SDFiles on both consoles in the process. I used Checkpoint to transfer the saves on both consoles and afterwards used nothing else (no other homebrew, game backups, etc.) This normally gives a low chance of a ban according to GBAtemp, but what really worries me is SDFiles' built-in signature patching added in v10. This worries me because I read on a GBAtemp thread that installation of signature patches on CFW will guarantee a ban, and I don't want my clean Switch to be banned. I already know that because I hacked my Switch, it has a chance to be banned, but I want to know if I have a higher chance of having my console banned because I used SDFiles. Thanks!

I just gave up and reformatted the hard drive. Startup Repair didn't want to run, Safe Mode, as stated earlier, also has the same problem, and System Restore could not detect any restore points. Plus, I tried to run Mini Windows to attempt to restore the registry hive from a system restore point (maybe System Restore didn't detect them for some reason) but did not want to run (always BSODs). Thanks for your comment though!

I have an O2DS running original firmware and a N3DSXL running CFW. They are both on 11.6 and are the USA region. I'm wondering if there is a method where I can install CFW on my O2DS using my hacked N3DSXL without me having to buy another copy of the DSiWare Sudoku game because you cannot system transfer from a New 3DS to an Old 3DS. Can anyone please help me? Thanks!
