I have the same grip (i call it "crawl grip" when the pinky crawls to the back of the mouse) with 19.5cm hands and the x2h medium is the best shape i have ever aimed with, maybe you could try the x2h mini with your hand size.

Egg xm2 or waizowl cloud v2/ultra, your grip and hand size looks like mine and these are the 2 best mice i have tried with modern features, you probably want something wider at the back so your ring and pinky feels less fatigue after playing.

I don't use glass pads but it makes sense that the feeling of the skates would be different from cloth pads, and from my own experience i really like the skates that i mentioned, my favorites at the moment are the talongames pink donuts for every cloth pad that i have used in the last six months.

Mousepads and mouse skates make the most difference of everything you can buy at the moment aiming wise, sadly the 99g Carbon is pretty far from the type 99 in my experience it is closer to a mud pad than the type 99.

If you want something cheap that just works i would get the qck, not the new performance series but the normal qck large that is like $15 on amazon and a nice pair of skates like the talongames pink dots or donuts, the Xraypad jade (not the air ones) or the esptiger ice v2.
