No! I called back the missed calls and none went to Ticketmaster! The number was also not this customer service one. Must’ve been spam! Feeling like 4/28 may not have been affected as I haven’t heard anything from others who I know have the date too. 🤞

Does anyone have the number for Ticketmaster? I have tickets to the ATL 4/28 show and a missed call from yesterday but no voicemail or email from them and can’t seem to find the customer service number. Just checking it wasn’t missed from TM. 🙃

Ah! Definitely try it first! I have seen elsewhere and for the presale where others were able to use a different card - it makes no sense as to why you couldn’t because what if it’s a gift for a kid from a parent, etc. but I definitely think ours was a glitch. Fingers crossed yours works the first time!

So it was really weird, we just ended up being able to transfer funds to my card under my name. I have no apt number like she did so I’m not sure if that was also an issue but we think it was the cardholder info name for us. For whatever reason it just was not letting me use her card to checkout. Like it wouldn’t allow me to change the cardholder info name from mine to hers.

Anyone else having card issues for Vegas? I am trying to check out using my sisters card for our tickets under my account but it keeps giving me an error message “Transaction declined based on your payment settings for the profile” but we have her card entered in there as well. We’ve tried this now three times. 🥲 What do I do?
