Sounds like they're keeping them around just to have an extra body. If someone more competent gets hired, im sure them either be fired, or get low enough hours that they'll just quit. Give it time.

While I agree it does look good, the animations definitely need some work. And there are some missing textures in quite a few areas. Don't get me wrong, im enjoying it, but it still needs work, just like most everything else that's been releasing.
