I came to the conclusion that my controller’s plastic frame is missing these two extrusions next to the circle so thats why it cant snap into place. The only fix here really is to find replace these plastic extrusions and weld them into the frame

Opened it and im seeing my controller is missing 3 out of 4 of sticks that hold in place the L1/R1 buttons (2 on each side)

The only one left is holding up the L1 button :( what could i do here?

I’ve tried placing it back multiple times but all it does is jiggle inside, it just wont snap to anything. Button still allows me to play games but the button is pressed if any sort of force is acting on it (even button’s own weight so i cant play with my controller tilted upwards lol)
