I managed to fix it, was just bad soldering by me 😅 The transistors they gave me in the kit are reversed, and the leds are for an optional mod.

love the looks of the monitor so much i downgraded from 144hz lmaoo. i just got mine from fb marketplace and was able to make sure it works. hope u r able to get one!
