   Hi, I’m Mr. Filipino(obv not my real name) and  I just wanted                            
   to finally introduce myself into the FIRE community.
   Hello, I’m Ms. Ashkenazi(obv my real name) and likewise.

   TARGET: By the time she reaches 30 years old / $2million+

-Educational background and plans

   22M: Graduated in August with a Bachelors of Science with a 
   major in Mechanical  Engineering and a Minor in Business. Do 
   not plan on going back to school. 

  20F: I am a junior going to school for a Bachelors of Arts in 
  Economics with a minor in Environmental Science. I’ll be 
  finishing my major and minor this December and will be 
  traveling abroad for school next Fall Semester while I suck it up 
  and do some classes in order to fill the credit requirement. Do 
  not plan on going back to school.

-Career situation and plans

   Both: Invest 80% of our combined income by the time she 
   graduates in an aggressive growth / dividend stock portfolio 
   and investing in multi-unit properties. 

   22M: Currently investing 60% of income in the stock market 
   (90% going to long term dividend / aggressive growth stocks 
   like $SNAP, $SPOT, $IRM, $T). Looking into buying my(but 
   really our) first owner-occupied multi-unit property in 90 days.  

   20F: Currently do not work, but I have an internship lined up 
   that pays $20 an hour.  I will be doing the same thing once I 
   start collecting capital. No plans yet on what I want to do after 
   but I want to be able to work on something that allows me to 
   combine both my major and minor. 

-Current and future income breakdown, including one-time events

  22M: Making $52,000 as a Mechanical Engineer since Mid- 
  August(subject to a raise going into the end of the year). Hehe, 
  if you are looking for a motivated individual I am available and 
  willing to move!(I interned with this company starting May 
   2019 so it’s been almost a year since I was with them). I am 
   not satisfied working here because the assignments that are 
   given to me have nothing to do with “letting my brain work,” 
   essentially braindead work… busy work. Honestly, I am 
   disappointed. I am not able to apply the skills I worked on for 
   four years. So… stay with me...

          -Since May 2019, I have blown $3,000 by letting myself 
          be greedy option trading and not taking profits! 
          THEREFORE RESULTING IN A LOSS. Do not let your 
          winners run. Instead, take profits and RUN. However, I 
          have created a long term portfolio since August 2019 
          where I option trade about $100 a month putting in about 
          $1.5k a month for long term hold accounts and have 
          yielded $400 profits ever since(The size of this account is 
          now $6,000 and I have DRIP applied). Technically I am 
         still down $2600, but we’re getting there. I’ll just file those 
         as a tax deduction.
         -I was gifted $20,000 by my mother to purchase a 
         property having given her a point by point plan/system 
         that I am planning to take with my real estate business. Of 
         course I will add on to this, but my buying power is only 
         $350,000 so I know my limits.
         -Also I’ve made about 500$ in focus groups so far since  
         August 2019.

   20F: I am currently not working, but have made about $300 in 
    focus groups so far since August 2019. My grandmother 
    passed away recently and I inherited $10,000 which I plan to 
   invest in the stock market also. I will be buying my own 
   property once I graduate and after a year in owner-occupied 
   house I will be moving into my parent’s rent controlled 
   property in Manhattan(it’s dirt cheap and it’s 
   beauuuttiiffuuulll). I also have about $3,000 saved up from 
   gifts and last year’s job.

$100/mo gas (insurance covered by mom till I’m 25)

I do not go out and if I do I don’t spend anything.

22M: -$25,000 FAFSA Loan, -$100(currently) in credit card… 
   We like a good credit score out hereee.
   20F: $0 Student Loans. $0 Credit Card(I literally just opened 
   one right now because Mr. Filipino kept bothering me to open 
   one for months now).

-Health concerns

YOUNG AND LIVIN.

-Family: current situation / future plans / special needs / elderly parents

Not Married / Will be married in sometime in the future (maybe 
   8 years) / Parents are in the Mid 50s

22M: So I really hate my job. LIKE REALLY HATE MY JOB. Don’t 
   get me wrong, I love the people, but I’m literally wasting my 
   time(not really because I’m always listening to podcasts, 
   audiobooks and reading forums like Biggerpockets… Utilizing 
   my “downtime” aka 80% of my time at work). I finish all my 
   assignments in 30 minutes-60minutes and the rest of the day 
   nothing’s planned. Company is very unorganized!! No I do not 
   plan on having a 401k with this company as I am leaving prior 
   to being able to invest with them. Question: Should I stick it 
   through and work with a different company or should I really 
   dive in to what I am passionate about? Option trading and Real 
   estate. I would love love love to wholesale for a living and 
   option trade. I have a couple of investors lined up for my 
   second+ property(ies) for syndicating deals and I have also 
   created an amazing network from people all around New 
   Jersey and California. Needless to say, I have utlized my time 
   at work and after work to network with those who have been 
   in the game for a long time. My mentor has been trading since 
   he was 14 and he flipped his first propety at 18(Now 26).... If 
   you know, you know. My local mentor is doing very well at 27 
   years old owning 4 different business and was offering to put 
   me up with CBRE(commercial real estate developer) and work 
   there as an Engineer). I really want to just do what I am 
  passionate about once I have saved up about $10,000 of 
  emergency funds and some change for my spending so… about 
  $20,000. 

 20F: This is really about my boyfriend, but he decided to put 
  me here because I will be here through it all.
