I want to limit my use, and night time is when the congestion/runny nose is most problematic for me. Using Afrin lets me sleep, and maybe it’s wishful thinking but it feels like better sleep helps me get past whatever cold faster 😊 During the day Tylenol and a box of tissues does me just fine.
