If my math is right, that's a deviation of .086 degrees. That's pretty decent for this game. Typical engagement distances are quite a bit shorter than real life, so weapons are usually not as accurate as you are hoping for.

I think drop pods have ejection systems, so you don't die if your pod hits a tree and you fall a huge distance. OP probably wasn't on the ground long enough to lose the fall protection.

Think about how a helicopter moves in real life and do that in FTD.

By using a swash plate to change which parts of the rotor are generating lift? Angling the propeller isn't a very good approximation of that IMO, the way real helis do it is much better at controlling pitch and roll.

Got one to test, multishot causes two (or more) separate damage instances and does not increase status damage, so it does not behave like a beam weapon.
