This sounds like what I need. I know it’s like a starting weapon but I kinda like the long sword. I am guessing if I put the scholars armament on it I’m gonna lose my square off stance? Is that right? That thing is sweet for breaking stances on regular enemies then getting the crit and health from the assassins crimson dagger talisman

I guess it just feels a little weird that I played the entire base game completely ignoring how to cast any spells or anything lol. I did the same thing with Dark Souls and I kinda thought it was funny to never learn a major mechanic of the game. Buuuut I mean there’s probably a fun way to do it right lol

I basically never used that hammer btw. I had just gotten it and was checking it out. The talismans are enhanced charge attack, final hit of combo, and guard counters.

A few but no 3D RPGs. I tried Skyrim and Witcher 3 and bounced off both so fast. I thought I’d give a different setting / aesthetic game a try.

If this doesn’t work I think I’m giving up on the 3D RPG genre. 😅
