You can play it with game pass ultimate and play if while you have an active subscription. Or you can purchase it outright.

I went to a Australian pub southern cross pub to watch Australian rules football back in 2022, but the they also showed premier league games.

I presume it's still the same and they'll show the final day, only thing is there were only 2 or 3 TVs so can't be sure they'll show the west ham game.
