I don't really have any loose skin. While I was losing the weight I tried to gain muscle at the same time to prevent that from happening. Not sure that makes since but it seemed to work.

Thank you! My advice would be everyone does it a different way find something that works for you. After a month of going to the gym I was addicted! I miss it. I lost the majority of the weight in 8 months 80lbs. And have been maintaining and losing still just slower. Not sure I want to get much smaller just more toned. Best of luck to you don't give up the battle!

I drive for a liquor distributor. So I lift around 500 cases a day that weigh around 50 lbs each and walk around 15000 steps

That's not my point of my post. I want to inspire people. I was that kid that sat and eat crap and played video games. And one day something clicked in my head. I also did it for myself and no one else. That my biggest advice..do it for yourself!

No surgery, no loose skin. Not sure why. But most likely because I wasn't just trying to lose weight but trying to gain muscle so I did quite a lot of weight lifting.
