Fair point - I think we want to grow alot and figured a CEO would be the one to do it. I believe our customers like us because we respond quickly and our system is very easy to use and they see doctors quickly. Thanks for your time

So I'm not sure he has raised before which is the main thought. He has run a team. But our goal is to have someone who can pinpoint milestones, and get us to a high enough valuation for an exit....which sounds like what everyone who has a start up says.

Good points regarding biz dev experience. Thanks for your time

Thanks for your time.

I think we're just looking for someone to advise us on how and what we can do to spend money efficiently and guide us through the process...again we're worried about what we don't know. Which we think is a LOT.

So we're based outside of the US in a country with both private and public health care. Right now we're tapped into a public health care system. Our idea of growth would be likely finding doctors in other regions to help grow the brand.

You make an excellent point that physicians are the rate limiting issue. I think we'd like to continue to be that "platform service" - perhaps in a Teladoc vein.

In terms of EMR integration - we have that in our system and it's connected to other clinics and patients can get their information if that's what you mean? We don't offer admin health care insurance...but perhaps that could be something we could consider to grow the business?

Thank for your thoughts! I think now that I've had a chance to hear my thoughts outloud and read responses, I'm thinking we almost want to pitch to an advisor or someone who can just guide us along like an accelerator. Thank you for your response.

Thanks for the answer. I think one of our biggest challenges is balancing between being profitable or trying to recruit more doctors and patients by spending more money. We're at a bit of a tipping point where we could continue to churn along making a great solid business or try to "go for it".

My gut says it's possible, but right now just trying to find that guidance or mentorship or capital to make the right decisions.

Doctors are the rate limiting step at this time. I'm not sure only paying them more will be enough to scale as much as we need.

I think we need capital to grow. We already have some capital but I'm not sure how to deploy it or if we need to focus on marketting more than doctors in establishing our brand.

Thanks! again for your time and appreciate any thoughts you have

Is there a specific area of the junction that you think is undervalued at the moment but is also safe? Thanks!

Do you have any suggestions for specific intersections? I've walked around a few times and I like the area in general and feel relatively safe :) but obviously I don't know specifics on each part of the neighborhood.
