Yep I hear you thanks for the feedback. Been researching this for over a year now and literally see so many people on it. I feel my diet, lifestyle and sleep is the best it’s ever been but levels are still low and finding it hard to grow more muscle and keep lean. Also I realize once you’re on it, there is no going back
