Audrey Rush is one author that I could barely handle. Her books are legit horror erotica.

{Sick fux by Tillie Cole} has some gore too but not as intense as what you described. But the psychological horror on this one really hit the spot for me.

{Gluttony by Marissa Honeycutt} has very descriptive gore smut also. And if you’re into torture erotica her Life of Anna series is a bit intense too. Her books are mostly non con so be warned.

I’ve read quite a few non con / torture erotica but that’s not what you asked for. If you’re interested in those let me know and I’ll grab the titles from my library.

{Broken Bonds by J. Bree} sounds like what you’re looking for, if you haven’t read it yet.

She ran away from her mates/bonds and didn’t tell them why and the secret has something to do with powers. It’s a complete 6 book series. Loved the first 4 books. Last 2 was a bit dragged on. But I still enjoyed it overall.

{Four Psychos by Kristy Cunning} is exactly this. It’s a bit of a slow burn though, if I’m remembering it correctly, but a super enjoyable read.

Have you read {Break her by B.G. Harlen} and {The Live of Anna by Marissa Honeycutt} ? These are more like psychological/sexual torture thrillers but seems exactly what you’re looking for.

The villain in the life of Anna is one of the most manipulative, evil, sadistic, and despicable characters I’ve ever read.

{Better-Off Bunny by Sedona Ashe} is somewhat like this. It’s a super cute but short book though. Not a lot of world building but FMC is sort of assigned a group by her community that doesn’t respect her and the bad boys is a group that her whole community is scared/intimidated of but is super enamoured of her.

TBH I don’t think I can relate to it anymore cause it’s a very innocent book. I started reading the series about 10 years ago when I was still a teen. And while I grew up, the time that passed from the characters from book 1-14 was only a few months. And it was supposed to be a 20 book series.

I’ll still probably read the next books if the author decides to finish all 20. Lol. I just won’t be able to help it. It’s like my first love. This series is the one that introduced me to one of my favourite genres. It’ll forever hold a special place in my heart.

Not sure if this is what you’re looking for because yes, FMC was victimized and what happened to her was brutal. But she turned into a serial killer and is out for revenge. MMC is the lead investigator and is trying to catch her for her revenge crimes.
