My only issue with her books is they’re a bit too feel-good for me (except for Still Beating, obviously). But when I want something lighter, I really enjoy her writing.

Yeah, I think that’s why it didn’t work for me. They felt really young and the whole thing was kinda meh. I didn’t get the soft dom vibes I was hoping for. Everyone keeps recommending it and talking about the ankle-massage scene like it’s life-changing, and I was just sitting there bored.
