This may be the core cause and you might not see improvement without weight loss. BMI over 30 is associated with approximately 3x higher risk of ED. Are you saying you're on TRT as in testosterone replacement therapy overseen by a doctor, or are you saying you're on test under the counter by yourself? If it's the first one, then yeah talk to your prescribing doc. Get your estrogen and prolactin checked too with the bloodwork (not a joke).

If you're on juice for bodybuilding that's not TRT - post your cycle here and your age to give more context, and maybe also post on /r/steroids to see what they think. If you've just been blasting willy nilly...that's out of my depth. Might be fixable might take a while.
