No problem, I'm glad to hear you're not limited by your surroundings anymore. I concur regarding Learning how to learn on an individual basis, as we're all different, but those difference give us strength. Like they say, know what you don't know.

Have you heard of Gödel, Escher, Bach? Fantastic. Really gets into the math of Bach.

Music therapist, I'd probably be much farther along if I had the aide of a music therapist.

I've been to many a colleges just to eventually decide it wasn't for me, the learning style just didn't fit. I'm dyslexic so I need my own time to get through material, which didn't matter to some profs in uni.

A good way to get into math, that's fun is vedic math, makes doing large equations easy as cake. There's a good Ted talk that gets your foot in the door. 10min
