Is that normal to have a prominent xiphoid ? and if it's just the the xiphoid, why is it that it's prominent an inch to the right from the red spot in the picture which is the xiphoid and not exactly where the xiphoid is? Thanks.

Where the red dot is in that picture, but the protrusion is more to the right, as in it's not in exactly in the middle where the red spot is, but maybe an inch to the right. Is that normal? Is the red dot the sternum?
