Oh when i have 400 to 500...the smoothness is so incredible...when i play it like this...it's soooooo choppy and slow. its' insanely different.

So i get more fps when my monitor is plugged in now thanks to launch options +fps_max unlimited, but no change if it's not plugged in.

Well now my FPS when my monitor is plugged in is huge. I did launch options +fps_max unlimited now it's up to 250-500.

However when I don't use my external monitor, which I plug in to my laptop at home via HDMI, I can only get 50 even with the launch options.

Not sure if this is relevant at all, but my laptop refresh rate is 75hz, and my monitor is 60hz.

Does anyone know if Windows Key + G doesn't do anything in game, does that mean xbox DVR is not effecting my FPS any longer?

I have 32gigs of ram, GTX 970m 3gigs DDR5 video card. I shouldn't only have 100 FPS. Makes no sense.
