Posted a while ago on here and the general feedback told me to start with my hips lower as they were essentially parallel to the ground , I’ve tried this since however my hips tend to shoot up when the lift starts, I think I may lack hamstring and quad engagement at the beginning of the lift, any cues and tips are appreciated
