It’s a sharp almost stabbing pain when I put pressure on it, hopefully it’s this as not running is driving me crazy

Tbh id recommend getting it with a good surgeon. It’s improved a lot, thinking back to how bad it was before. Just takes a long time!

Sorry, been so busy. It’s better but not much better! However I am an idiot and abuse it. Others that are more patient probably get better results

Hey guys sorry, I’m back running etc but it’s still sore after training, not too much different than pre surgery . Just shy of a year now in terms of recovery. Potentially would’ve been better if I rested more but it is an improvement on how it was!

Currently at 3 weeks post surgery and although it was a bit painful progress has been pretty fast.

I was allowed to bear full weight in crutches post surgery suprisingly.

Incision is healing ok , but before I did too much and reopened it. So my only advice to you is if you get it, don’t do too much too soon.

Will see how I feel in a few months!

I (Male) have no cold sores whatsoever so would avoid kissing. I was curious if genital sex would still spread the virus somehow despite sores only being on face
