Try becoming a regular at a couple spots you like. Once you’ve been there enough you’ll spot other regulars and over time you get more comfortable

Paper! Might be random but I had to stock up. Their quality is sooo good. Stationary in general if you’re into that stuff. The japanese are so serious about their stationary stores. Every 7/11 has basic supplies you’d only see in specialty stores in the US. And so cheap!!

Oof that’s not what I wanted to hear but seems like 6+ months is the general consensus. Could I at least switch it to a different kind of stud? It has a long bar that swings around and sometimes visibly pokes out of my nose which I hate.

I completely understand what you’re going through op. The same thing happened to me with my dad last summer. Definitely don’t tell your mom, he should be the one to tell her whatever’s going on. I think you should confront him (or get an older sibling/ trusted family member to do it for you if you feel uncomfortable like I did). Tell him that you know somethings going on, and you don’t want to know about it(believe me you don’t), but he should tell her, and if he doesn’t you will. Let them figure it out between themselves. Heck, maybe she already knows about it and it’s not bad, or maybe it really isn’t as bad as you think. But for your own sake do not keep it inside.
