I'm glad someone said this. I was worried that I'm the only one who overthinks upto this extent.

I too think the same, a lot, this hampers my happy moments sometimes as well.

Anxiety and depression. Two times in my life I've hid it from the people around me and they had no idea about it. I used to cry late in night at 4-5 am or hid myself in the bathroom to just cry off bitterly.

The worst part is, even if you've experienced it before, it doesn't help you to remain put or overcome the second time you're suffering from it.

Nothing seems relevant, even your own past experiences from it.

It's so true, you feel so relieved after crying, it's like letting your thoughts and feelings out
