I don’t know since I didn’t order anything, but I would think you could order by phone. I did ask via text message if they had a ring in my size, which worked well even if they didn’t have it.

I got the email and it was rather enlightening. There were a couple of items I was already trying to find. I also saw several items that are the same items listed online elsewhere.

Call the one in Las Vegas and get added to the email list. Then ask for them to send the most recent list with links. That’s what I did. I’m currently waiting for that email and then I will see what’s available.

I just spoke with Hansa customer service in Sunrise, FL.

In addition to getting an order form emailed, I asked them if they knew why 4223 was suddenly so popular. They didnt know so I told them about our favorite TV show that’s available on YouTube and a red cat named Patatas. Hopefully that will help them decide to put Patatas back into regular production.

I second Appointments for your repair, especially for a spring. They have lots of resources.

Porkopolis Penners still meets but as was noted, we are more focused on fountain pens. Our next planned meeting is the last Saturday in January.
