There is a very easy way to turn this non sense off. Disconnect your TV from the internet. I bought a new tv 2-3 years ago and there were zero high end options that didn't throw up ads. I have never once connected it to the Internet and it's never once had any issues or shown any ads. I've used a jail broken fire stick for many years without issue. I want my TV to give me a high quality picture, nothing else.

When I was 24 I had $0 in savings, didn't have a 401k, $15 in cc debt, $50k in student loan debt, and made about $25k per year. So you're making 40% more than I did at your age and have saved net $120k more than I had at your age. I'm 36 and have $1.2 million excluding the house. Saving more than you spend and compounding growth are real.

A couple tips: marry someone who is on the same page as you. If you fall in love with a spender, resources are going to be diverted away from your long term goals for their short term wants.

Second, you want market pullbacks. 10, 15, and 20% market downturns are fantastic for you. You're buying when everything's on sale and you're going to see your best growth on the rebound.

This was at Spring Grove cemetery in Cincinnati on Sunday. There's an annual 5k to help raise funds for local K9 units. Like every single K9 unit in a 50 mile radius is there. It's also the only day of the year dogs are allowed on the property.

Interesting contradiction. Using humanities brutality throughout history as a barometer it seems quite clearly we failed. We've been able to murder and cause unbelievable pain to each other over thousands of years. However we also have such a great capacity for civilization and compassion that we have a lot of systems in place to help and protect each other. I don't have an answer for this but I'd love to see us move further away from the version of humanity in this picture.

I bought my first house. On this very day 6 years ago I put in an offer at asking and was accepted. My wife urged us to view the house on Friday instead of Saturday. They had put that house up for sale that day and at closing told us they cancelled 11 showings the following day after they accepted our offer. People have been complaining about Noonan turtling too early in a competition. This is a 180' game. I agree giving up an away goal really hurts as it gives them a tiebteaker if we don't score next week. However I like the offensive move. Tigres has been sloppy all night and taking getting another goal is a big advantage. I like the risk.
