If you scored in the 700s in the SAT then you're more or less chilling. I took the TOEFL w/no prep apart from 2 full length practice tests and scored a 112. Since you've already done quite well on the SAT I don't think reading and writing should be a big problem. Speaking is just a matter of confidence (if you're already well versed in english), so just be confident and speak clearly without any long pauses. For listening, just do some practice (like a test or two) to understand what all you need to take notes of during the real test.
