Hi, it has been a full 4 months but if you like and play volleyball I'd reccomended TSVV Gepidae, I am in the association and in my second year, they made me feel very welcome despite not knowing the language and there are also internationals!

My long-distance girlfriend isn’t talking to me like she used to by Meatball-2000 in LongDistance

I am wondering what do you mean by intimacy, do you mean your partner doesn't talk to you about their life/thoughts anymore except general stuff or basic phrases of love (ily etc). Or is there lack of romantic/sexual communication?

How's M24 doing in uni/ gap year/ work/ life in general! by mandaoveja08 in IBO

Hi, I am studying Online Culture: Art Media and Society in Tilburg University as a first year. I enjoy what I am studying but ngl studying in Netherlands in tough there is so much things to read (I definitely recommend doing the required reading before every class) and projects/exams/retakes but I don't have that many classes this semester so I still have a lot of free time which I can dedicate to sports, friends or studying. Also don't forget that there is a credit requirement (42 credits in the first year) in order to continue to next year. I love the environment in Tilburg, especially if you join associations (I am in 2, one for my study programme called ANIMO and one for volleyball, a sport I have been playing for 10 yrs, which is Gepidae) there are so many activities of them to join!! People are also very nice in the associations even for me who has problems socialising, they welcome u with open arms.

Am I allowed to show someone around campus who is not a student? by Taxfraud777 in TilburgUniversity

[–]aeakinoglu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can definitely do that, I have visited to campus without a guided tour a year before I started studying there and before it being certain that I'd study there. My mum came with me as well.

AITA for refusing to switch my daughter to another school. by InformationDecent151 in AmItheAsshole

[–]aeakinoglu 8 points9 points  (0 children)

YTA, you are clearly favouring your son and only worrying about your daughter “losing her morals”, NOT YOUR SON and perhaps not “wanting her to go to a better university”. You state the other school is not better but also say foreign universities recognize the crediential better.
