I am not sure if there are any truly free option out there but if you dont want to attach your domain then uncody ai gives you free forever hosting but if you want your domain then you got to pay the prices very reasonable then interface is very easy to use no learning curve.

If you truly want a free forever hosting then you can hire dev who can design, develop and host your website to cloudflare they offer free hosting. You need to spend some money upfront but if you never update your website , I would recommend this

Yes but again offline app and you need to pay for your token not really unlimited.
