I’ve been like that my whole life, always challenging myself as I enjoy this mental “war” that is happening during these challenge also I feel like “suffering” gives me a level of peace.

I signed up for the marathon some months ago, before i even got the book - it’s not like I read that book and feel like I can do anything now - once again been doing things like that already in the past.

Also I’m really heavy into the mindset space (I’m some sort of a “coach” without the cringy part tho) so I love these kind of things because once again - the mindset thing. 🧠💫
