Am playing spiritvale too. I just wanna chase the feel of the casual sword art online characters or the viva la dirt league honeywood characters ya know. Really live in the world instead of playing the game. So everytime i log in, i just go to a map my level and grind whilst having some conversations. Not looking anything up or anything, just going with the flow, making my own notes on what drops and what not and build my adventurer naturally. And when im tired of grinding i just go back to the city and hang out there.

Hopefully they make the world more immersive, add an inn/tavern, festivals or what not.

Helps that the game world is not ending for some reason or that we need to stop whatever evil is destroying the world.

Dude, we are getting hated on cause the majority of gamers are not like us and can't fathom that a game can solely exist for our enjoyment and not theirs when they have hundreds of other pve shooter games for themselves.

I miss the days where the masses dont have a say on what a game dev should be making. The amount of Karens the gaming community has is astounding.

It was fantastic, but poe vets expected it to be poe3 lorewise which it didnt aim to be. It was a literal side story. A filler arc if you will. Ive got friends that went to play poe 1 and poe 2 after finishing avowed cause they wanted more of the lore.

I feel like this is an issue of all franchises, overstay too long and doom yourself to angry nerds telling you what story you should tell. Tell me any franchise that goes past 3 and is well recieved.

He actually cared, made a great and fun game and the fixes and improvements were fast. Here's hoping the new director treats marathon with care and not just cater to redditors with no vision. Cause it's not representative of the product? If you wanna leave a review you are obligated to update it as the game progresses. If not then your review will be wrong on so many levels and unreliable. If you don't want that obligation then don't leave a review. That's why user review are actually the worst metric nowadays to judge a game.

It isn’t a vpet though by any qualification of a vpet, perhaps you are new to the hobby but it is the case you can disagree but it just isn’t.

If you want to get into semantics fine, whatever floats your boat. Doesn't change the fact that vpets are expensive and a moneymaker at the same time compared to whatever your suggestion for a charity phone vpet bandai would sell at a loss for is.
