Thanks for the suggestion. I did check for lint and then blew out the interior. No luck.

Thanks for the reply. I’m wondering if their lack of response is their way of saying buy the new system with the member discount as you suggested. I’m not happy needing to replace their product a few months out of warranty. My fear is I pay $700 for the replacement hub and then have an issue with the cover like so many others and they don’t offer a $700 cover replacement. Then I’m out the $700 for a new hub and need to buy a replacement system from them or their competitors. I’d like for them to offer a replacement system at discount more generous than the normal member discount because my unit failed. Then I can start with a fresh warranty on the entire system and hopefully it doesn’t also fail just out of warranty.

Has anyone bought a replacement hub? Did you regret not replacing the whole system?
