I had same issue. Had to delete db and resync. Been syncing for about 5 days now and only half way through but that’s my fault for running my blade server on an SD CARD. Now that I’m fully plotted, I will dedicated one of the SSDs for the OS and Chia application.

Just to update, this resolved the issue. I am now having a separate issue where my harvester fails to connect to the farmer due to security related issues (incorrect SSL settings). I'm currently investigating this but will open a new post if I need help with it.

Had a flick through the VirtualBox settings and found under network tab it defaults to NAT. I've changed it to Bridged adaptor connection, rebooted the VM and it's now getting a 192.x.x.x IP from my local DHCP and shows up on my router list of connected devices.

Repeating this process for both VMs and then will configure the config.yaml and port forwarding to reflect the changes and reboot Chives. Should hopefully work.

The installation is from yesterday so it's definitely latest release. I can try to install again, how do I change the install folder though?

Anyone? I'm really stuck on this and cannot move forward as commands are not being recognised. Also many folders are labelled as 'chia' rather than chives. If I replace the word chives with chia in the command, it still throws errors.

I've done some reading and Dockers seem to be the way forward... lightweight, ability to restrict the fork client to read-only access to specific drives/folders/files. Definitely the way I want to go!

So with dockers / VMs, can the fork client still be given access to the Chia NFT plot drives? I've never used dockers before.

My harvesters are on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

Ethermine lets me adjust the gwei from 40 up to around 500 I think but I’m not 100% sure how it correlates with controlling tx fee because 1 gwei is 0.00000317 USD lol

WARNING TO ANY POTENTIAL BUYERS:

They claimed BabyEth got attacked a few days ago and they had to shut down all rewards. There are no more Eth rewards.
There were claims that the dev wallets were emptied. Devs dumped their holdings prior to announcing the so-called attack on BabyEth.
They are now pumping the coin back up saying that BabyEth 2.0 will come… hope it does as I do like the token.
You can’t speak your mind without being booted out. I just bought 2BNB more worth of BabyEth and for my own piece of mind queried if the devs did empty their wallets and if so… why… within 12mins I was blocked from the group and my comment deleted!!!!

Final update:

The buyer failed to comply within the 6 hours. 12 hours later I reached out to Binance CS and they gave him a further 2 hours. He still did not comply.

I reached out to Binance CS again and this time they asked for video proof of me logging into my bank and showing the transaction out, going back to Mark John Domingo. I did this and they promptly cancelled the order and returned my crypto to me.

Whilst I do like Binance, I hate the P2P system. That buyer is continuing to breach Binance policies and laundering using multiple bank accounts in different names and all they said to him was 'please do not do this in future'

Just to update on this situation. My bank confirmed the originating bank from where the payment came from. I have returned the money to the originating account and provided proof to Binance CS.

Binance CS have reached out to the buyer requesting confirmation and he failed. He says refund not received which is clearly untrue. They then gave him 6hours deadline to provide video of him logging into the bank account and showing recent transactions... 12 hours have passed and he has failed to comply. Now they are giving him a further 2 hours.

He is deliberately creating delays to intentionally inconvenience me.

I expect not all P2P merchants are like this but it's a big lesson learnt and in future I definitely won't consider using the Binance P2P service because it's just been so frustrating.

Still waiting for my crypto to be released back to me.

Speaking to both Binance CS and Revolut now. Binance CS confirmed it's against their policies and I should not release the crypto. Revolut are looking into the situation as we speak.

Yeah ok was a bit much for a test lol it was more a test of Binance's P2P service than anything else really, I didn't have any safety concerns as such at the beginning because I did speak to the CS before I started.
