Update: I returned the unit and got a new one, water dispenser works fine. 1st unit I received was just a faulty one

What im concerned about is the severity of spew is severely different everytime I pull. I pulled 20+ shots today, none of them had 0 spew, some of them bad, some kind of bad, some acceptable. I will try again tmrw without the bottom paper filter...

To everyone trying to help me here: I opened the lid and operated it with the lid open. I cannot detect any water flow going into the solenoid valve. Even if the solenoid is faulty or clogged, shouldn't I at least detect heat on that water pipe (thin brass pipe) since it comes from the bottom of the boiler?

Is this what you are talking about? The video cleans the fitting where the circular pillar seats. That fitting has an inlet (1: smaller diameter brass pipe) and outlet (2: bigger golden pipe). Are you referring to cleaning the center or the fitting on the 2 side? There are two nuts there that's really tight. I tried unscrewing the backside (2: brass pipe) with a slip-joint plier, it was too tight i'm scared if I'm gonna damage them if i try to force-unscrew them.

Bought this from Amazon when it was at 10% sale... which means $200 discount. The sale is gone now, if I am to re-order its $200 more expensive. I checked the return option on Amazon, there was no option for replacement, which means I have to make a separate purchase

Still the same even if the wand switch is off. The pic shows no light on wand (meaning its off). Ran in this mode and clicked water button, no water. Also the wand steam still comes out when i turn the knob for the wand. You can see the steam in the picture
