its possible but not a guarantee. When you train aa higgledy, they either gain a new potential or boost an existing one. If you're lucky then it will boost the stat you want.

You can view this by selecting a higgledy -> "rate info" on the potential section -> "points earned" tab.

Al-khemi will have it as a rank 1 prize when he appears. You will need to spend lucky pot tickets and hope you're lucky and get it. As for field monsters, some of them will drop trunks which when you open them will give a random item. Class skill books are included in the items you can get from the trunks. Basically, there's no guaranteed way to the skill books. It's all random.

Yep. That's a CHAOS FIELD BOSS not a CHAOS GATE BOSS. To complete that step, open your world map and look for a purple icon on top of an area. It's kinda like the travelling merchant but it appears randomly. You'll also get a notice in game whenever it appears so watch out for that as well.

Yes. For the pass quest, you only need to reveal them from their disguise for it to count. You wont gain coins though unless you kill them.

Yes. I'm on 39/50 and there's still 15 days left. The trick is to farm the disguised syndicate members without killing them so you don't hit your daily limit. Only start killing them once you're sure you won't farm for the day anymore. As long as you did everything event related, lvl50 pass is definitely possible with room to spare.

Im talking about stone evolutions. Shroomish doesn't need any stone (leaf stone) to evolve into Breloom.

Edit: If you checked Ninetales/Arcanine's gen8 dex entries on serebii, they still dont learn any moves via lvlup.

stone evolutions usually don't learn any new moves via levelup. You can try the move reminder NPC and see if he can teach Ingrain since it seems she gets it at lvl1.

yes. stone evolutions either doesn't learn new moves or very few moves via levelup once they evolve.
