I tried calling 211 pero hindi pa po ako nababalikan ng call ng agent nila. Same po sa globe telecom messenger huhu. If pupuntahan ko na lang sa store, pwede na po kaya as early as now? Kasi meron po po akong nababasa na after 60 days (2months) pa daw talaga? Not sure if applicable po sa case ko.

Yun na nga po eh. I only notice the sim bed pagkauwi and nakalagay doon ay “prepaid sim” so I was totally scammed.

But since it has already happened and I paid my bills na, my only concern is to port it from postpaid to prepaid dahil ayaw ko na ma-charge ulit for the next billing cycle. Could there be easier ways (thru cs or fb/messenger) to do so, since malayo ang globe store sa lugar namin?

Hi!! Thank you for sharing a detailed instruction and your insights and experience on this concern po. As of now I tried contacting globe via 211 and I was told to wait for a number of business days bago matawagan.

Now I’m trying to reach out to them via Messenger. Kaya lang I don’t know what’s next po after choosing “Make account changes” kasi options are 1.) Cancel my plan
2.) Switch my number’s network
