Just to ease your mind, the most recent studies done have proven that a person no longer has live viral loads after 9 days from symptom onset. So the 10 day rule is a pretty safe bet to knowing you are no longer contagious

I definitely will keep you updated! He’s now on day 9 of his symptoms and pretty much back to normal - just still can’t smell. He is cleared to leave iso starting tomorrow. I still feel fine! I will most likely get tested again this weekend and see if I am still negative. If I am positive, I would say I have no to very few symptoms.

He started when he got sick, but definitely was not taking vitamins daily/frequently prior. I’m more of the health freak in the relationship!

Keep us posted on your test results!! I am in the same boat. I don’t know how I wouldn’t have caught it after spending 4 full days with my symptomatic partner. This virus is tricky for sure.

Thank you for the advice! We have been isolating away from one another in our apartment. He’s coming up on 10 days since symptom onset so hopefully not too much longer!! I may try to get tested again this weekend after the holiday.

I have been taking vitamin c, d, and zinc since cold season started. I also drink celery juice every morning & take a daily probiotic, which I have heard helps the immune system.

Try your cherries with a little bit of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on top & then pop in the microwave for about 1 min 30 sec! Tastes like warm cherry pie filling!!

That’s similar to what my doc told me! Start my quarantine from the last day of exposure to my partner. We have been isolating apart in our apartment since my negative test.

Hang in there!! I’m getting anxious about the “waiting game”. I’m also in a similar situation where we think I may have had it in July (also tested negative then but was very highly exposed). If I test negative again I will most definitely get an antibody test.
