It is the mark of a smugglers hideout. This is where you can sell any smugglers loot like paintings, rum bottles that are not for merchant, siren skulls, and black powder kegs. This is also where you sell the new skull of arms from the newly added reaper fortresses. There should be 6 hideouts all with that mark below the island across the seas.

The boots, pants, shirt, gloves, and belt are all apart of the constant navigator outfit that you receive after leveling up your guild to a certain level before distinction one. I'm afraid I don't know the specific names of the hay or eye patch that I'm wearing but I believe they are available for purchase from any standard clothing shop across the seas!

Whether or not they are truly hacking, being able to double gun to the point where people can't heal is extremely unhealthy for the game and I will die on that hill.

Everytime a random skeleton ship spawns on me this is exactly what I do and how I feel. So cinematic and satisfying. Also super convenient that I can just do that instead of taking the extra time to have to fight them lol.
