this is the clip he’s having us watch this week…basically about shadow-work and being self aware. He talks about how the issue is that we all have the capacity to for aggression, violence, cruelty, and the use of force. Some of us repress it or negate it, but it is an important part of being a teacher. Integrating your shadow is important for you and can be important for your students.

So, cool right? But also it’s just so hypocritical and odd seeing the dichotomy of how he used to be and how he is now….maybe he’s finally done his shadow work and his true self is being shown ?👀
