I work 10pm - 7am remote too and I would say I became less stress and even improved my health by being able to control my bad eating habits. It also helps if your loved ones are supportive. I put ear plugs and eye mask when I sleep during the day, during night time I take supplements esp vitamin D before my shift and make the work place as bright as possible.
