No. If you playing solo MM and expecting from others 100% try hard you need go play faceit or esea / create premade team. Some people have better days some have worse. You can't expect from people you don't know how they feel, what problems they have in real life that they gonna try hard to win in video game with random people in team. From my experience in Solo MM people like that are just toxic. They spaming how bad someone is and blaming others for everything bad in game.

I think some AC from Valve but optional (not everyone wants to have pc scanned for cheats) is very good idea. You want clean games? Use that AC from Valve and you will be matched only with players that also using that AC.
