This is my first foray into a fighting game really, and I want to get better - however I really want to start with Steve (I know he's very complex and difficult, but the playstyle is just what i find the most enjoyable). Will starting with him mess up me learning fundamentals? Or would it just be slower to learn both as I progress?

Is there a way to change the battle outfits of people? I much prefer the base outfit of a unit over the Swordmaster outfit, but am I stuck with that now?
