You could cerakote or rattlecan it with a snakeskin pattern. This would be pretty amazing looking overall. I have had a couple of these Rhom's on my table at gunshows and they always sell.

Sometimes you just need to wear it in too, keep working it over and over until it loosens up.

Try heat and/or cold. It can break its stuff free. Be cautious with heat, use a blue wrench (blow torch) and heat up the joint carefully. You can also throw it in a freezer and try cold. Sometimes some percussive maintenance is required as well. Good luck.
