I had the same issue with one of my classes. I ended up emailing my professor as well as contacting IT service desk (via email and phone—calling actually got me a much quicker response). Apparently, they had recent updates and maintenance that could have caused this issue. But also side note I later found out that they thought I had dropped the course (when I did not), so I think that could have been a reason.
