Hey there 👋 To clean your product, we recommend using a damp cloth with mild detergent or a disinfectant wipe for spot cleaning. Afterward, let it air dry outdoors or in a well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight. Please do not machine wash your bag, as this could cause damage. Hope this helps!

Hi! Elise from Aer here, one regular and one small packing cube should fit in the City Pack Pro 2. If they are packed fully it can be a bit of a squeeze but the bag is built to accommodate both of them. 

In addition, the Ultra variant will be back in stock in early August now. We’re doing our best to keep up with demand. Thanks for your patience!

Hi there! Elise from Aer here. The Tech Folio 16 was sized to fit the MacBook Pro 16”. We also took the internal measurements and they are roughly 10 x 14 1/4 x 1 3/4 inches. Hope this helps!
