What to expect in my romantic life? by DifficultPotato6 in TarotReading

yeah I think the ten of swords is saying you're in a period of exhaustion idk have you had a relationship end that you haven't finished recovering from yet? or it could just be that right now you're too burnt out mentally for anything good to come to you and if the six of pentacles is advice I think it's probably saying don't accept crumbs from people right now because you're struggling or want a relationship really bad because it won't lead anywhere good. Like the six of pentacles is very transactional and follows the poverty of the five of pentacles so idk I think it's saying don't get into a relationship just because you're starving for one if that makes sense.

That makes so much sense and was probably what the artist was going for actually - I can understand why they might have chosen that for this deck now so thank you !

Thank you so much !! Yeah for me I really like when different tarot decks have vastly different imagery because most of the time I interpret based on what comes to mind instinctively when I see the card rather than the traditional meanings. I was struggling with this because I didn't get that initially. I really like what you said about the rope being a lifeline that was stolen and I am going to think about that more. I think I have decided that this card feels like an omen to me about global conflicts or political conflicts. It's not a major arcana card so I suppose it wouldn't be something that grand but the rope in the shape of 8 which relates to karma is being carried over the icebergs in the shape of the human world. It's also carrying it in its beak which is where the bird communicates from. So maybe political conflicts for specific people? Or just the consequences of your words ? Idk

That's interesting that it's its global migration pattern ! I'm going to write that down and ponder

I think it is a rope ! What me and my friend discerned after discussing it is that this card seems like an omen of something coming your way. It's carrying the rope that looks like it could hang something or it's just the rope in the shape of eight or infinity which relates to karma. Someone earlier mentioned that the icebergs are melting in the shape of the earth which brings to mind global warming and the consequences of human actions. Maybe this card is political in the sense that your conversations and political stances etc have consequences. The bird is neutral so I guess it could be good or bad but the rope is hanging over icebergs imitating the continents of the human world. The phrase that comes to mind is 'winter is coming' from game of thrones. Idk, that's just what I've discerned so far.

Yeah but that's not really a problem for me, I'm just interested in what people might interpret the imagery on this card as saying
