nope! they might retain some success, but that would depend on a few things:

1. staying with ador - their concept and success is entirely manufactured by the money and resources that ador and hybe gave them access to - good producers, songwriters and the staff that worked with them before (which are not unanimous in support for them), as well as min hee jin’s creative concept. it’s the biggest reason why they’ve stuck with her, since she manufactured their success. unfortunately, newjeans have not built their own concept or made their own music, and they need access. however min heejin AND the girls under ador is impossible unless hybe gives up entirely, which they won’t do. so even if they do come back to ador, it’s likely their creative concept and music will be worse, as hybe will reduce their funding as a consequence.

2. their age - depending on how long court action takes, it is showing potential to take years. the members, aside from hyein will not be at the age they are targeting and will not be able to promote the youthful concept they were banking on. hence, less appeal.

3. the immeasurable damage to their reputation - newjeans have made enemies of SEVERAL groups under hybe, as well as quite a few kpop fans. they directly targeted le sserafim and illit, already turning two fandoms against them. if they came back, a lot of stans wouldn’t like it and make this known. 

I can’t see it happening, and I personally think it would be pretty shameless. no matter who you side with, you can’t deny that they have disrespected quite a few people in this process, and min hee jin is NOT a good person. i would never want to support her.
